Only the joining member is authorized to enter the site. Sharing of membership information or images with other parties may result in an immediate termination of your membership and rejection of future services you may attempt to acquire.

This site operates within complete agreement with all local and national laws. All those appearing on this site have signed appropriate authorizations for the use of their image. In the case of minors, a parent or legal guardian has signed the authorization.

All information acquired during the registration process is for the internal use of eModel Magazine.Com. and CCBILL. Only information required during the billing process will ever be transmitted to a third party. No customer information will ever be distributed, sold, or used in any other way with a third party.

Charge-backs will be considered theft and treated as fraud. Further access to our system will be permanently blocked and all active accounts disabled. We also reserve the right to put your account into collection and you will be held liable for 3 times the amount of the chargeback as governed by your acceptance of these terms and joining our site including all costs to do so including attorney fees and court costs. If you bounce a check by ACH or mail you may be liable for up yo 3 times the amount plus attorney fees and court costs.

By joining the site you authorize CCBILL to charge your credit card and rebill your membership once it is up for renewing. You may cancel rebilling at any time and still receive your full 30 day membership period. It is YOUR responsibility to cancel rebilling.
