1) It is agreed that eModelMagazine.com will run banner ad(s) to appear on the home page or first page. (which ever applies based on ad ordered) at eModelmagazine.com.

2) eModel Magazine.Com will work with the advertiser to create a banner ad and will run the ad once the banner is approved by email from the advertiser.

3) This price is being given as a test rate for new advertisers only. To continue with this ad at the same price the advertiser must continue to place ads with no lapse during ad runs. All rates are subject to change at any time by eModel Magazine.Com.

4) If the advertiser wants to place additional ads in the same space(s) the same price will be given with a 3 month commitment required.

5) The ad will be linked to a URL (your website) to be determined by the advertiser. Anyone who is interested in your ad will be directly linked to your web site by clicking on your ad.

6) eModel Magazine will provide one additional ad design at advertiser’s request to replace the first ad, should the advertiser decide to test an alternative ad in the same space(s).

7) In addition, eModel Magazine will place an ad in the news section and the members area under a text that announces New Advertisers and one email blast to our hundreds of thousands of subscribers. (with a 3 month ad commitment.)

8) The Ad will be requiring payment in full prior to the running of the ad by credit card or by company check. If payment is done by check said funds should be made payable and mailed to:

The ad will begin and run from the receipt of funds by Paypal. (usually 24 hours with credit card and 3-4 business days if you pay by electronic check)

There will be no refund for the space reservation and creation by eModelmagazine.com for the advertiser. eModelMagazine.com and it’s partners offer no warranty or predictions as to the interest that will be generated by said ad for the advertiser.

eModelMagazine.com offers no warranties or guarantees as to the products offered by advertiser and as such will not be held liable by advertiser or it’s customers for any products sold as a result of advertising with eModelmagazine.com. Should any legal remedies be sought by the above parties they agree to conducted any such legal remedies through an independent arbitrator and will be bound by the arbitrators’ findings. The undersigned by reading this, as either owner, principal, or an authorized agent, hereby authorizes eModelMagazine.com to publish advertising under the terms of this contract and also guarantees payment, both as a business and as an individual, in accordance with the magazines credit terms. The advertiser further agrees that should it be necessary for

eModelMagazine.com to instigate any legal proceeding for the collection of any balance due under this account, he or she shall pay a reasonable attorney’s fee or collection fees to collect a debt.
