Just last year I was telling my wife when gasoline prices where $2.47 a gallon, "watch out by next year they will be $3.50 a gallon." My wife, who is Vietnamese, with her thick Asian accent asked me, "why you say that". Even though I was half joking and blowing off some steam, I told her that every summer they raise the prices almost $1.00 a gallon and I had noticed that last year instead of lowering them back they only went down 50 cents. So that is how I figured it out and I hate the fact that now I have become a physic. Remember I was half joking. They say the truth is often spoken in half jest, little did I realize that I was foretelling a dark truth which would come to pass.

Don't oil companies make enough billions of dollars without needing a few billion more? I live in California the land of earthquakes where price gauging even after an earthquake emergency will get you arrested. Well as far as I can see that is exactly what the oil companies are doing, price gauging all of us. Isn't that oil you’re buying now at higher prices not really the gasoline your selling right now? Even by your estimates you won't feel the actual price increase for another 18 months! That is your estimate and from what I can see, you’re price gauging. Your estimate is also probably a lie. It's more like 2 1/2 years from now that any price increases will affect your books. So what they hell does all of this mean? It means that two and a half years from now gasoline will be $5 or 6 dollars a gallon like the rest of the world. In years past we have sat and just taken it, and taken it, and taken it up the yazoo. Well it is now obvious to many Americans that this kind of passive ‘oh well, mentality’ will kill us, is killing us.

What can we do about it? Well actually there are several things we can do:
Number one we can throw a few of these oil executive money hungry, price gauging whores in prison and let bubba show them exactly what it feels like taking it up the yazoo, again, and again, year after year. I am sure even the thought of this, if it gets circulated to enough people and congress acts, would scare the oil executives into lowering oil prices now.

I know everyone wants to blame the Middle East and our dependence on foreign oil, right? But did you know how much of our oil comes from the Middle East, Only 26%. The current prices even has them scared and they don't like them because they know what is coming next if the prices keep climbing. It is called American Will. America will, find another way. Maybe we should do just that and also leave them alone in the middle east to car bomb themselves in peace and quiet so we don't have to hear about it anymore.

In fact, I wonder just how much such action by the American people would eventually affect U.S. policy in the Middle East? How about a lot!

Recently I was watching a commentary on a local news station here in Los Angeles. The commentator was a news veteran, Hal Fishman, of Channel 5. Hal, almost a year ago, before any of this happened, commented on the fact that in 1945 when WWII ended we had discovered that the Germans had modified all of their tanks and most of their vehicles to not run on Gas, but Vegetable Oil. That was because we cut off all of their access to oil. If the Germans could do it in 1945, are you telling me we cannot do it in 2006, 61 years later? I am sure like Hal said, our technology is far better. So come on folks let's have a call to action!

Better yet, let's make a call to action to our automakers in Detroit. Either make cars that run on vegetable oil or some form of fuel that is made of water or sugar or we will stop buying your damn cars. Harsh? No, because our cars might as well be damn with the ongoing price gauging we have felt the onslaught of. Got it? Good. Or we, the American people, will put you out of business.

And how about another call to the rest of the Foreign automakers, if the American automakers are too dumb to heed this warning, just continue to take over the auto industry with your Hybrids and futuristic cars.

Let’s show the oil companies that indeed American Will is very real and destroy these outrageous unreal gas prices. Let’s take back control of our lives! Because if we do not, it appears obvious to me that no one else will.
